During Lockdown a one off payment for £18 on a Sunday will allow access to as many classes that week Monday-Sunday inclusive.

*How to pay
To make payment please paypal me £6 in advance of the class. If you are paying the lockdown price of £18 for unlimted classes Monday-Sunday inclusive, please make payment before Monday's class. It is ok to pay for more than one class in one payment, but I cannot process refunds if you change your mind or cannot make the class. With late payments always text/whatsapp me personally (not in group chat) to let me know you wish to come.
You pay into my paypal account “paypal.me/yogapositivevibe”. Do not tick the goods and services box.
Please also make sure you write in the 'Add a note' section, exactly which date, and class you wish to attend.
For example '21.7.21 Tuesday Yoga '
I will then email the invite with the access codes to you.
If you have any issues receiving the invite, please check your junk mail. If you are still having problems then message me directly on 07941963418.
Please note there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Access to Classes
To access classes, you can either click on the invite link, or you can sign into your zoom account and click on Join and enter the ID and Password number on the invite. Make sure you try and do this a few minutes before the class starts in case there are any technical issues. I will always try and open up the class 10mins early and we will always start the class on time.

No need for equipment in Cardio conditioning or any other classes. If you have dumbbells/canned
beans or a chair to tricep dip from etc then great, but I will be assuming you have no equipment.
I cannot do any troubleshooting during the classes so if you have tech issues we will have to
resolve after. I will be online 10 min before class starts.
Once class starts, we cannot all talk over each other. I will mute everybody. If I speak to you
individually then please answer, but if you have any questions save until the end please.
It is ok to join class after it has started. You just join in. No need to apologise or speak.
Let me know if you have any injuries and make sure the space around you is free from haphzards.

If you have any medical issues or injuries, please let me know at the beginning of every class and make sure your space is hazard free.

When you are taking part in live-streamed classes, please note that the I may not be able to see you at all times. Please let me know before the class if this is your first yoga/fitness class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or ability. If you are aware of any health conditions, please contact me before the class if you would like to request that you are provided with suitable modifications or adjustments wherever possible.
Always follow the safety instructions and listen to your body. Where a movement or class is beyond your experience or ability, feels too difficult for you, or you experience any discomfort, please do not continue the movement or class.
